Who can apply?
Namibian residents with a regular income can apply. Approval is decided by our partner lender, and they will tell you which documents they need, usually your ID and proof of income.
What can I use it for?
Qualifying Go Travels packages and bookings of up to N$30,000, including Namibia tours and international holidays.
When can I travel?
Once your plan is approved and your booking is confirmed. You do not have to finish paying before you travel.
Is there interest or a fee?
Any interest or fees are set by the partner lender and shown in your agreement before you sign. Read it carefully and ask us if anything is unclear.
What if I need to cancel?
Supplier cancellation rules still apply to the trip itself, and your agreement with the lender continues separately. We explain both before you commit.
Can I pay before I travel instead?
Yes. You can pay in full, or pay in instalments before departure. We confirm the booking once it is paid.
